Refund & Return Policy
At Elixir Honey, we take great care to ensure that every jar reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products are natural consumables, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

The product was damaged during transit, or

The seal is broken/tampered on delivery.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Opened or partially used jars cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

In case of replacement requests, a new jar will be shipped at no extra cost (subject to availability).
Non-Returnable Items

Any jar that has been opened, consumed, or damaged due to customer mishandling cannot be returned.

As our honey is a natural product, variations in texture, crystallization, or color are normal and not considered defects.
